Personal data – information FMAS uses
FMAS needs information to process your membership details, learning progress, grading or scoring of learning activities, certificate requests, graduate certificate searches, applications for newsletters, events or workshops, request for private access to our website, exam results or orders.FMAS collects all the information you provide to us, required to perform the tasks mentioned above and what we learn about you by observing how you use our services and how you visit our website and other sites accessible from it. We use your contact information to communicate with you. We may use your personal data to send you news about FMAS products or services. To do this, FMAS can contact you by mail, e-mail, telephone (messages included). However, these circumstances do not apply when FMAS is required by law to disclose your information to a third party, ACI FMA will retain your information for a reasonable period or if required by law
